I hereby give the LAKE GEORGE ARTS PROJECT (hereinafter referred to as “LGAP”), its legal representatives and assigns, and those acting with permission of LGAP or employees of LGAP, the right and permission to use, reuse and/or broadcast and republish still photographs, motion pictures, digital media, videotapes and/or associated or independent audio recordings of my submission, or reproductions thereof in color, or black and white made through any media, for any purpose whatsoever, including the use of any printed matter in conjunction therewith. I further agree that LGAP may in their sole discretion exhibit my submission at events, which include but are not limited to judging, preview exhibitions, festival screenings, television broadcasts, cablecasts, satellite down and uplinks, radio and electronic on-line transmissions, webcasts and streaming content. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished still photographs, motion pictures, digital media, videotapes, and/or associated or independent audio recordings, or advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith or to the eventual use that it might be applied. I the undersigned, hereby warrant that I own and/or have obtained legal clearance or license to all contents of my submission. I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless LGAP, its representatives, assigns, employees, sponsors, supporters or any person or persons, corporation or corporations, acting under its permission or authority, or any person, persons, corporation or corporations, for whom it might be acting, including any firm publishing and/or distributing the finished product, in whole or in part, from and against any liability, disputes or claims that may arise from these rights and permissions granted. I hereby agree that LGAP may in their sole discretion determine if the submission is screened and I release and hold harmless LGAP of any responsibility and liability for any damages or losses that may occur to my submission. I give my permission to LGAP to exhibit my submission at the festival screening of the award winning entries and authorize LGAP to retain my submission for their use in perpetuity. I hereby certify and represent that I have read the foregoing and fully understand the meaning and effect thereof and, intending to be legally bound.
