A Celebration of Fine Food & Art UpRiver Cafe 29 Main Street, Lake Luzerne, NY On November 19, 2016, UpRiver Cafe served up an amazing variety of delectable culinary delights, and throughout the restaurant walls, open kitchen, and heated back porch, LGAP organized an exhibition of food-themed art from regional artists.
